About

I'm Lunathyst, but you can call me Luna if you'd like. I'm a self taught artist specializing in pin-up styled pieces and character design!I've been drawing for so many years I've lost count if I'm honest! Hah! My favorite program to use is Clip Studio, I'll always recommend it! Though I also have experience in Photoshop, SAI and SAI2. I'll occasionally dabble in various styles and experiments here and there, often for personal pieces though some have since become available as commissions!Here I've decided to showcase my work in a much more organized fashion instead of multiple links off to different sites, here you should be able to find everything you need from examples of my artwork to how to contact me about purchasing a commission.♥ Thanks so much for visiting! Terms of Service

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, THAT YOU KNOW AND UNDERSTAND THE MEANING AND INTENT OF THEM AND THAT YOU ARE ENTERING THIS AGREEMENT KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY.

What do I need to start your commission?1) A high quality reference (or 2) of your character(s). I will NOT work off descriptions. They're too much of a fuss and require heaps of changes.
2) A short description on your characters personality, if you'd like them to be exact of course!
3) A note, if you'd like the piece to be SFW or NSFW. It's important before I start!
4) A note if the commission is private, public or commercial.
5) Your patience.All artwork WIPs (works in progress) will be posted on my public Trello, which I also will link to you upon completion of payment, you can track anything here! If I'm ever unsure of something regarding your commission, I may contact you for more details. I will send you at least 3 WIPs of your commission at the sketch, line art and flat color stages to approve all details. You may ask for up to 3 Changes during the sketch phase, any more and there will be additional fees. Please try to be as clear as you can from the start to minimize changes and wait times.Upon request I can stream / record the drawing process for your commission if you would like to see me working on it, this will not cost extra.Please do not alter, re-color, change anything in the work, especially without permission. If there's something wrong you can let me know! and I'll fix it right up. Of course, you must tell me ASAP as I sometimes clean out my files.

Copyright
1) You are allowed to re-post the image as long as credit and a link back to me is given See the end of this TOS for those.
2) You are allowed to print out the piece as much as you like and hang it on your wall! Neat!!
3) You CANNOT sell my art/trace/make any type of profit off of it. AT ALL.
*Unless commercial rights have been given and paid for.
4) If you commission me for a sketch or linework, you're able to line or color these yourselves if you so wish, please do still credit me and let me know if you're doing that!
5) You are allowed to use your commission, for example, on your Youtube / Twitch page as long as there is a link to my profile, but you cannot make a profit off the drawing alone (such as prints, graphics, merch, etc.)
6) YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO SELL MY ARTWORK AS NFT OR ANYTHING RELATED TO THE SORT.
7) YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO USE MY ARTWORK FOR AI IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM.

Commission Do's and Don'ts

Payment Plans
There are three payment plan options we may discuss beforehand.
1) You pay all of the agreed upon price up front when you first commission me.
2) You pay half of the price (number will vary depending on the total price) at the time of commissioning, and the other half at the time of completion.
3) If over a fairly large amount I do allow a payment plan over weeks, I'm very flexible with amounts per week so just ask!
*If you have any current payment plans with anyone in the community I will not accept any new payment plans or purchases.Payments & RefundsCOMMISSIONS
1) Refunds are only available if I cannot complete your piece in a timely manner or if I feel I am struggling with the piece. Please be sure you want to commission me as refunds will not be given if the piece is completed.
2) You are paying for a DIGITAL PRODUCT this item will not be shipped to you nor printed out and sent to you. Please understand this before purchasing.
3) I draw things at my own discretion. This means that there is no set order to how I complete commissions. If you have any concerns that your commission is being neglected, please inquire politely I will give you an update on the progress.
4) I reserve the right to cancel commissions if I find that you have broken any of the stated rules within the terms & conditions. Depending on the completion percentage of your commission I may offer a partial or full refund.
5) Commissioners MUST be over the age of 18 to be able to commission me, you are breaking PayPal's rules if you are not and will be reported.
6) Payment is due at the time that you commission me. I will not start any artwork until payment is fully sent.
7) I accept payments in USD and via paypal only. I do not accept any form of crypto currency, e-checks or site currency.ADOPTABLES
1) Refunds are NOT available once you have purchased a digital design.
2) You are paying for a DIGITAL PRODUCT this item will not be shipped to you nor printed out and sent to you. Please understand this before purchasing.
3) Payment is due at the time of claiming the digital design
4) I accept payments in USD and via paypal only. I do not accept any form of crypto currency, e-checks or site currency.

AdoptablesStandard Designs
1) You are able to resell these designs but for no more than you paid for, unless you are adding additional worth
2) You may gift or trade them to anyone you like, you don't have to alert me! However please respect there are some users on my blacklist that I am not comfortable with owning my artwork, you can ask me about this.
3) Adopts can be altered once purchased, I don't mind slight alterations at all. Please contact me for larger overhauls.
4) Please also contact me if you intend to convert them to a closed species.
5) Do not steal, trace, copy or remove my watermarks from my designs.
6) You may repost your design offsite but please always link back to me.
7) Your design will be sent DIGITALLY you will not receive a print out or any sort of physical item! These are DIGITAL GOODS.
8) Please credit me at least once for the design, I love seeing my designs get used!
9) Unwatermarked files will always be sent to you VIA your choice of location after purchase.
10) Are for personal use only, and should not be used for commercial sales without explicit permission from myself.
11) Please ask if you intend to redesign the character, and if you are having someone else design, please do let me know who the user is beforehand as they may be on my blacklist.
12) All sales are final. Do not ask for a refund of a design you have already received.Closed Species Designs
1) You are able to resell these designs but for no more than you paid for, unless you are adding additional worth such as added artwork or literature.
2) Are for personal use only, and should not be used for commercial sales without explicit permission from myself.
3) I should be credited for the species every time you draw/share art of your Dextroluma / Lockettes / Dexette.
4) Please know that by buying my closed species designs they are intended to stay as the species they are designed into. If you wish to convert them, please do ask me, however I will most likely say no! Please do respect my wishes. By not agreeing to this you will automatically be placed on my blacklist.
5) If you'd like to convert a non CS design of mine to the above species, please do ask before doing so!
6) All sales are final. Do not ask for a refund of a design you have already received.
7) Please ask if you intend to redesign the character, and if you are having someone else design, please do let me know who the user is beforehand as they may be on my blacklist.Auctions

Prices

All prices listed below are for non commercial, if you are interested in commercial commissions please do include this information in the form provided and we can discuss details from there.Prices will fluctuate overtime, certain things may also become unavailable to commission, please do reach out beforehand to ensure you will be able to order what you'd like.Private commissions will have an additional fee as I won't be able to post them publicly for my portfolio, please do include that you want your commission private in the form provided.Rush fees vary dependent on the time of year, I am the busiest around Sept-Dec so prices will be much higher than Jan-Aug. Please note I will not always be available for rush comms.Payments are required in USD, no e-checks and via Paypal.

Illustrations

→ Additional $15USD for complex details/props (Wings, markings, items etc)
→ Additional $30USD for complex backgrounds, simple is included.
→ Additional characters are commission price (x) number of characters wanted.
→ You will receive a HD file of your character with simplistic background unless complex is requested

Specialty commissions are commissions that only open up occasionally rather than being permanently open. There is usually an announcement made in my discord or Toyhou.se when these types will become available to order!
